The well-being program is a voluntary benefit that Leidos is providing as our investment in your long-term health and wellness. The program is administered according to federal rules permitting employer-sponsored wellness programs that seek to improve employee health or prevent disease, including the Americans with Disability Act of 1990, the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008, and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, as applicable. The benefits described apply to U.S. benefits-eligible employees, including Expats and Consulting Employees (CE's). Please note that for the 2022 Plan Year, this benefit is not applicable to employees of Leidos Biomedical Research, Inc. Dynetics, Gibbs & Cox or QTC.

About the Program
The well-being program supports you on your journey to your best health and well-being by guiding you through small, everyday changes that are focused on the areas you want to improve the most. When you stick to the program, you’ll build healthy habits, have fun with coworkers, and experience the lifelong rewards of better health and well-being. In addition, by checking in on your health and completing fun activities, you'll earn points towards great rewards.
Within the well-being program, there are four levels each with different rewards.
Employees enrolled in a Healthy Focus medical plan AND HSA
All others**(including employees enrolled in Healthy Focus medical plan without an HSA, non-HSA medical plans, employees who waive medical coverage, and spouses/domestic partners)

**Consulting Employees(CEs) can participate in the well-being program offerings but are not eligible for rewards.
To earn points towards rewards, start by taking your annual Health Assessment, the Leidos Integrity Pledge, and review the Leidos Mission, Vision and Values – all three are required for Leidos employees to earn any incentives. Next you can navigate to the ‘How to Earn’ page to see a full list of point earning opportunities on the platform. This page will be updated throughout the year, so keep checking in for new activities that interest you.
The Health Assessment is an optional, confidential survey that gathers information about your current health and well-being. The assessment takes about 10 minutes to complete and is required before employees can earn any wellness incentives. The survey includes questions about lifestyle habits, physical and emotional health, and biometric data such as blood pressure, blood sugar levels and cholesterol levels. The survey also assesses health risk level, capacity for change, levels of motivation and confidence, and any barriers to change. Once you complete the assessment, you will get immediate results that will provide you with an overview of your health and determine those areas, if any, in which you may be at risk.
The Health Assessment is your gateway to earning points - you must complete it annually before you can earn incentives.
