Health Advocate Services
Health Advocate is available throughout the year. When you call for the first time, you will be assigned a Personal Health Advocate (PHA). PHAs are typically registered nurses, supported by medical directors, and benefits and claims specialists who can help you navigate healthcare and insurance-related issues.
The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can get assistance with issues related to:

- Find the right doctor, dentist, specialist or other provider
- Schedule appointments
- Locate the right treatment facilities
- Answer questions about test results, treatments and medications
- Research and locating the newest treatments
- Help transfer medical records, X-rays and lab results

- Obtain appropriate approval for covered services
