Medical Options for Hawaii Residents
If you are a resident of Hawaii, you will have two medical plan options: HMSA and Kaiser-Hawaii. The Healthy Focus medical plan options with Health Savings Account (HSA) are not available to employees who live in Hawaii. Hawaii is exempt from federal law that allows employers to offer nationwide health programs. Leidos is required to continue plans which meet state requirements in Hawaii. Both the HMSA and Kaiser-Hawaii plans satisfy the state's requirements.
